Marc has always had a passion for the law and views it as his way of helping people and his community. From his start as a Public Defender for the Commonwealth of Kentucky to his decade of experience in civil litigation, Marc understands it is important to listen to the needs of your client and always put their best interests at the forefront of everything you do.
Marc’s focus is on civil litigation, specifically trial work, representing a broad spectrum of clients in trials across Kentucky and Indiana, with a track record of favorable verdicts. The courtroom is where every case could be decided and that is where Marc thrives.
ABOUT MARC
PARTNER
Marc is a Louisville native, a Saint Xavier High School product and University of Louisville graduate, before receiving his J.D. from Ohio Northern University. After passing the Kentucky Bar Exam, Marc began work as a Public Defender for the Commonwealth of Kentucky and was able to see firsthand how the legal process works from a misdemeanor to a murder and everywhere in between.
Marc passed the Indiana Bar Exam and accepted a position with a civil litigation defense firm shortly thereafter, where he represented thousands of people and businesses across Kentucky and Indiana. He can help with whatever legal needs you might have and is always prepared for whatever might come your way.
Outside of work, Marc spends most of his time trying to keep two energetic boys alive with his wife, Lauren. Marc is an avid sports fan, and he doesn’t miss a UK or Bengals game and is always coaching whatever sport is in season. He is very active at his kids’ school, Saint Albert the Great, and involved in a variety of civic and charitable organizations.

- Successful defense verdict following a two-week jury trial against a general contractor, local municipality, and the local archdiocese.
- Obtained dismissal in favor of a local, small business regarding a host of negligence claims.
- Successful verdict following a jury trial of a lawsuit filed against an insurance company.
- Obtained a verdict on behalf of a local plumbing company regarding breach of contract claims at a bench trial in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
- Successful defense verdict following a jury trial against homeowners by a general contractor regarding a host of negligence claims.
- Obtained dismissal in favor of a corporation regarding a host of negligence claims brought by an employee of the corporation.
- Successful negotiation with a life insurance policy provider regarding their failure to pay benefits duly owed to an individual which resulted in full payment.
